This project was started and then later abandoned by another builder. We were called in to rescue this project and bring it to high-end standard.
We removed all waste from the garden and inside that was left by the other builder. We removed all badly fitted tiles, plumbing and electrics.
We changed some of the layout on the ground and first floors, and installed a new plumbing system with a new boiler and unvented cylinder. We installed fire doors and electrics according to the requirements of the HMO license. Five new showers were plumbed, tiled and fitted. A new kitchen was designed and installed.
New LVT floors were installed throughout with sound insulation on the first-floor subfloors. All decorating works were finished to a high-end standard.
This project was completed inside the agreed timeframe and under the budget.
