New build project involved erecting three storey house of nine bedrooms and five bathrooms using SIP panels, pitched roof, flat roof using fibre glass, installing sky lights. Externally hose was rendered using silicone render. Internal works involved creating new staircase with slide, new main kitchen fitting and new Pesach kitchen fitting, installation of water under floor heating on ground floor and electric under floor heating in all bathrooms, installation of vinyl floor, new electric system, heat recovery system, new plumbing system, new boiler and mega flow, plastering, tiling and decorating works.
