ABOUT IGOR
Igor was born in Ukraine to parents working in the construction industry, which naturally influenced his career path from an early age.
After completing construction college, he founded his first residential renovation business in 1993. In 2000, Igor relocated to the United Kingdom, where he immersed himself in the London construction sector, gaining broad industry experience and developing a strong understanding of British building standards, regulations and project delivery systems.
In 2006, he established Combit Construction. Since then, the company has grown through reputation and referrals, delivering hundreds of residential projects — from extensions and full refurbishments to complex structural transformations and high-end new builds.
Igor’s approach is defined by structure, transparency and accountability. Combit provides fully itemised cost proposals with clear separation of labour and materials, ensuring financial clarity and greater cost certainty from the outset.
Working alongside Chartered Architects and specialist consultants, Igor leads each project with precision and a long-term commitment to quality.
